Description

Consonanze is a five-year action research project on music education, conceived by Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo with Fondazione per la Scuola. For three consecutive school years, 19 primary school classes in Piedmont and Aosta Valley followed an inclusive orchestral training program (two hours a week), led by practitioners from music organizations alongside teachers and supported by ongoing training; 19 control classes followed traditional music training. The research assessed its impact on children, teachers, practitioners, and organizations.
