Secretary General
The Secretary General is appointed by the Management Board. He or she heads FCSP’s operational arm.
Governance
Manages the documentation and flows relating to the Collegiate Bodies, while maintaining close relations with the Supervisory Authorities and Auxiliary Bodies.
Communication
Takes care of internal and external communication, as well as managing institutional events organised and/or supported by FCSP.
Planning, Research and Evaluation Department
Coordinates strategic planning and the formalisation of good practices, analyses data relating to local needs and project outcomes, and exchanges experiences with other national and international actors.
Operations Department
Monitors administrative and organisational matters, and maximises the impact of human resources. Manages relations with the consortium PR.I.S.MA – Progetti Innovazione Soluzioni Management S.c.r.l, and integrates its activities.
CFO
The Chief Financial Officer manages all financial aspects of FCSP, and coordinates the work of the Finance and Impact Innovation Departments.
