The Foundations adhering to the shareholders' consultation and voting agreement have submitted a list of 17 candidates for the renewal of the Board of Directors and the Management Control Committee of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. for the 2025-2027 term.

The document produced by Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo examines the role of European foundations in supporting the ‘Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities Mission,’ an ambitious initiative by the European Commission aimed at helping over 100 cities transition to climate neutrality by 2030.

Neva SGR, the venture capital arm of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, through its SEI (Sviluppo Ecosistemi di Innovazione) Fund, and Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo have made a €2.5 million investment in Galaxia, the National Technology Transfer Hub launched by CDP Venture Capital SGR in partnership with Obloo Ventures in 2023.
