This week marks the launch of the fourth programme intended to turn entrepreneurial ideas into thriving tech startups. Supported by Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, 40 aspiring entrepreneurs, chosen from over 800 applicants, will embark on a five-month journey to bring their new business ventures to life.
Vento Venture Building, organised with the support of Exor, has quickly become a key player in the Italian startup ecosystem. Since its launch in 2022, the programme has helped create 26 new companies, which have collectively raised over 15 million euros in funding and created more than 60 new jobs.
This year, the 40 participants selected for the 2025 programme will have the chance to focus full-time on developing their startups over the next five months, thanks to scholarships provided by Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo.
Held at OGR Torino, the programme will offer an intensive mix of training sessions, mentoring and networking with leading industry experts and high-profile international investors. In this dynamic and supportive environment, participants will have the opportunity turn their ideas into groundbreaking entrepreneurial ventures.
At the programme’s halfway point, the teams will also have access to a pre-seed investment of 80,000 euros, giving them the boost they need to speed up the development of their projects. The journey will culminate on 19th June with a presentation of results, marking an exciting new chapter for the emerging startups.
Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo continues to play a pivotal role in driving local innovation, with a long-term vision to position Turin as a global hub for innovation.
