The Young Advisory Board (YAB) is appointed by the Foundation through a public selection process carried out via an open call for interested young individuals. Consisting of sixteen members selected based on their expertise, educational and professional backgrounds, and interest in the Foundation’s areas of intervention, the Board serves a four-year term.
In addition to its advisory role, the YAB actively contributes to the Foundation’s strategic planning through a structured and ongoing dialogue with the General Council, fostering the convergence of experiences, skills and visions from an intergenerational perspective.
