Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo (FCSP), its Auxiliary Bodies and the Xkè zero tredici consortium want to be safe organisations for all children and adolescents involved in their activities.

Establishing safe spaces where young people can grow, learn and reach their full potential without risk is a shared responsibility that requires ongoing attention and concrete actions.

To this end, FCSP has implemented a Child Safeguarding Policy, outlining principles and procedures to protect children from all forms of abuse, mistreatment or exploitation.
The Child Safeguarding Policy was developed in collaboration with Save the Children.
Our staff, contractors, volunteers and suppliers working with children are expected to uphold the highest standards of behaviour, as set forth in the Child Safeguarding Policy. We are also committed to taking all necessary steps to prevent, report and address any concerns promptly.

The Child Safeguarding Policy provides a clear framework to ensure the protection of minors. In particular, it establishes:

  • Binding Rules of Conduct for all adults involved in the activities of FCSP and its auxiliary bodies.
  • Prevention and training measures aimed at reducing the risk of abuse and mistreatment.
  • Specific criteria for selecting staff, volunteers and suppliers working with children.
  • A secure and accessible reporting system for collecting and managing reports in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Ongoing monitoring and updates to the Policy to ensure the continued effectiveness of the measures in place.

How to report a violation
Anyone who believes a child involved in the activities of the Foundation, one of its Auxiliary Bodies or the Xkè zero tredici consortium may be in danger or is being abused can file a report in a secure and confidential manner following the dedicated procedure.

Please see the Policy and the platform for any reports at this link.
