The Foundation achieves UNI/PDR 125:2022 certification for its Gender Equality Management System

This certification, which complements the certifications already held by the Foundation for its Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001), marks a further milestone in the ongoing development of the governance, transparency and sustainability frameworks adopted by the Foundation.

This recognition also forms part of the strategic guidelines set out in the Multiannual Programme Document, which identifies inclusion, the recognition and development of individuals, equality and organisational responsibility as essential principles underpinning the fulfilment of the Foundation’s institutional mission.

The Foundation’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy, together with the certificate issued by the accredited certification body IMQ, is available on the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo website.
