Never Alone 2018

Never Alone 2018

The second edition goes online with a budget of €2.9 million.

Fondazione Cariplo, Compagnia di San Paolo, Fondazione CON IL SUD, Enel Cuore, Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Torino, Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo, Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Padova and Rovigo, Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena and Fondazione Peppino Vismara confirm their commitment to the autonomy and inclusion of young migrants on the Italian territory, facilitating their acceptance and inclusion.

This is the second initiative carried out in the framework of "Never Alone, for a possible tomorrow" with the aim of promoting wide-ranging interventions to foster the working and living autonomy of girls and boys aged between 15 and 21 arriving in Italy as unaccompanied foreign minors.

Projects will be supported to aid beneficiaries who are unable to access the labour market independently, through personalised pathways aimed at developing skills and activating individual competence in order to achieve and maintain working and living autonomy.

The projects will have to intervene in the following areas:

• aid in finding work;

• pathways to social and relational inclusion.

There may also be supplementary actions to the previous two areas through interventions aimed at encouraging:

• housing autonomy;

• linguistic and cultural inclusion.

The call is aimed at public-private partnerships made up of at least three non-profit organisations with proven experience in the field of reception and inclusion of minors and / or migrants / asylum seekers.

The call is national: projects can come in from all over Italy. They may include networking with different territorial situations - in particular involving those most involved in first-stage reception of unaccompanied foreign minors -  through reciprocity and exchange, and by spreading the best experiences already adopted in other territorial contexts.

Applications must be sent by 5pm 7th  September 2018, according to the procedures described in the document "Guide to presentation".
