Compagnia di San Paolo offers extra time for such a complex project.
In agreement with Intesa Sanpaolo and City of Turin, Compagnia di San Paolo launches a call for ideas to give new life to the Vigna di Madama Reale, with a management spanning up to sixty years.
The aim is to re-evaluate not only the Villa - characterised by an extraordinary architectural beauty and landscape - but also a whole hilly area now partially disused and gradually deteriorating.
The notice is open to a variety of organisations: Italians and foreigners, public and private, single or in groups. There are a multitude of possible activities: From education to cultural foundations and research centres; from social services to leisure and sports activities. Furthermore, Compagnia di San Paolo is willing to evaluate support for the extraordinary maintenance of the building, to allow the activity foreseen by the winning project to be achieved.
The Phoenix Renewed Project is promoted in collaboration with the writers and intellectuals Bruce Sterling and Jasmina Tesanovic, who met and fell in love in Turin and were so attracted by the beauty and the charm of subalpine culture they decided to live here.
The international exploratory notice “The Phoenix Renewed”, aimed at acquiring expressions of interest for the enhancement and management of the real estate complex called “Vigna di Madama Reale - Villa Abegg” in Turin is extended to 30th October 2018.
Compagnia di San Paolo offers extra time for such a complex project and will also consider expressions of interest with project outlines in this second phase.
Project proposals must be sent to email@example.com and can be written either in Italian or English.
