el_class=&#8221;page-content&#8221;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;text&#8221;]In order to ensure an effective response to the devastating situation unfolding in Ukraine, <strong>Philea<\/strong> (Philanthropy Europe Association), of which <strong>Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo<\/strong> is a member, has developed two online portals to <strong>coordinate commitments<\/strong>, <strong>initiatives<\/strong> and <strong>appeals for donations<\/strong> from the European philanthropic sector and the community of non-profit organizations in Ukraine and neighbouring countries.<\/p>\n<p>These simple tools, made available by Philea together with partners in the philanthropic sector, allow initiatives to be uploaded directly to the two portals without the need for translation, with the ultimate aim of <strong>connecting philanthropic organisations with civil society organisations<\/strong> so that <strong>targeted support<\/strong> can be provided to millions of people suffering from the aftermath of the invasion of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The two sites are associated with specific types of projects.<\/p>\n<p>The portal dedicated to the activities of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.philanthropyforukraine.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>philanthropic organisations<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0is structured in such a way as to <strong>share updates on the resources mobilised<\/strong> in support of Ukraine;
