The knowledge base is underpinned by the\u00a0mapping carried out in North-West Italy in 2021 regarding professions and their training needs, backed up by\u00a03 years of support\u00a0for projects aimed at providing training and equipping people for careers in the cultural sector, by enhancing cross-cutting skills and creating a\u00a0network of cultural training organisations. &nbsp; Alongside this work, our actions in 2025-28 will be more focused on\u00a0professionalisation, \u00a0career pathways\u00a0and the\u00a0conditions that enable\u00a0professionals to carry out their work to best effect and with satisfaction, including in terms of their life trajectories. Solidity and sustainability of cultural bodies We encourage\u00a0the development of cultural bodies, in accordance with principle of\u00a0social responsibility\u00a0and\u00a0sustainable development, within the framework of the Green Transition, while giving priority to \u00a0ecosystemic change. A cultural system capable of helping address current challenges has to be based on\u00a0robust, sustainable organisations, equipped with adequate\u00a0skills\u00a0\u00a0and geared towards\u00a0social\u00a0responsibility. That is why we endeavour to help cultural bodies achieve sustainability and encourage their participation in the\u00a0Green Transition, which will be the target of new actions in conjunction with the Environment Mission. We also aim to boost organisations\u2019 capacity to\u00a0form networks\u00a0and\u00a0work cross-sectorally, in order to road-test new collaboration\u00a0spaces\u00a0and\u00a0methods, while taking special care of long-term\u00a0processes\u00a0and\u00a0stability. In these areas, we continue to attribute strategic importance to our collaboration with the Hangar Piemonte\u00a0project launched by\u00a0Fondazione Piemonte dal Vivo. &nbsp; Cultural opportunities for growth and education We encourage the\u00a0widespread and early penetration\u00a0of active cultural experience into\u00a0formal and informal educational contexts and\u00a0educational communities, so that it can make a major contribution to\u00a0personal growth and education\u00a0and to reducing inequalities. Culture is a resource that fosters\u00a0the development and well-being\u00a0of individuals, especially at the age when children start building their personality and imagining their role in the community. That is why we support projects that promote\u00a0cultural opportunities in learning environments and educational communities, thus ensuring the continuity of innovative initiatives such as\u00a0La Bella Stagione\u00a0(the fine season) and contributing to the collegiate actions of the FCSP Group, such as the\u00a0Strategia Education, with\u00a0Ibridi\u00a0(hybrids) for example. Our efforts in major urban areas\u00a0complement interventions scattered across the catchment area, which revolve around the systemic\u00a0Cultura per Crescere (culture for growth) action, which is the evolution of our long-standing support for\u00a0Nati per Leggere Piemonte (born to read Piedmont). By means of this action, we are investing in systemic growth centred upon libraries and geared towards early-years cultural welfare.
