Alberto Anfossi graduated with distinction in Physics from the University<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/strong>of Turin<\/strong>, earned a PhD in Physics at the Polytechnic University of Turin<\/a><\/strong> and began his career as a <\/span><\/span>post-doc researcher in the field of quantum statistical mechanics<\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After earning a Master\u2019s Degree in Economics at<\/strong> Collegio Carlo Alberto<\/a>, Alberto Anfossi worked at the Polytechnic University of Turin, the Italian Institute of Nuclear Physics (INFN)<\/a> and Collegio Carlo Alberto, supporting research groups in<\/strong><\/span> attracting competitive funds and managing funding<\/strong>. He took part in the research quality assessment exercises for the years 2004-2014 at the Italian National Agency for the Evaluation of the University and Research System (ANVUR)<\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0In 2018, he worked as Innovation Manager for the <\/strong>Equiter S.p.A<\/a> Research and Innovation Fund.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alongside his academic and research activity, Alberto Anfossi has gained many years of experience in the non-profit sector<\/strong>, becoming directly involved in the fair trade movement, locally, nationally and internationally.<\/p>\n

His experience with FCSP began in 2013, when he joined the Compagnia di San Paolo Sistema Torino<\/strong> consortium to head the Fund Raising area, becoming its Director in May 2016. In 2018, FCSP selected Alberto Anfossi for the position of Local Development Director<\/strong>, with responsibility for coordinating the various units to implement the 2017-2020 strategic plan.<\/p>\n

Alberto Anfossi was unanimously appointed Secretary General of FCSP on 27 July 2018<\/strong>, and reappointed on 11 May 2020 <\/strong>by the new Management Board for the four-year term 2020-2024.<\/p>\n

More recently, on 23 April 2024<\/strong>, he was confirmed unanimously from the newly elected Management Board<\/strong>, underlining the continuity and esteem in his work within the Foundation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row disable_element=”yes” el_class=”gallery-slider-wrap”][vc_column]
