Secretary General<\/h2>\n

The Secretary General is appointed by the Management Board<\/strong>. He or she\u00a0heads FCSP\u2019s operational arm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Governance Department<\/h2>\n
\n

The Governance Department oversees and coordinates the Secretariat to the Governing Bodies<\/b>, Communication<\/b>, Research <\/b>and the Secretariats to the Chair and to the Secretary General<\/b>. It is the reference point for the Foundation\u2019s institutional relations at national and international level<\/b>. It is responsible for implementing the Cavallerizza Reale redevelopment project and the philanthropic services offered to private donors (PhaaS).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Learning Department<\/h2>\n
\n

The Learning Department oversees and coordinates data acquisition and processing<\/b>\u00a0for the purpose of assessing the impact of the Foundation\u2019s policies and developing approaches and methodologies to facilitate informed, evidence-based decision-making, in line with FCSP\u2019s role as a Learning Organisation. It coordinates the launch of complex projects and supervises multi-sector projects<\/b>\u00a0with cross-cutting innovation and integration skills. It also oversees the process of preparing institutional and planning documents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Operations Department<\/h2>\n
\n

The Operations Department coordinates the Foundation\u2019s administrative and organisational processes<\/b>, to maximise all-round efficiency, promote an organisational culture geared towards continuous improvement<\/b>\u00a0and help put the trust-based approach into practice. It ensures transparency, compliance with regulatory requirements, adherence to processes and the empowerment of human resources. It also manages relations with the consortium company PR.I.S.MA<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Progetti Innovazione Soluzioni Management S.c.r.l.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Finance Department<\/h2>\n

The Finance Department oversees the implementation of decisions taken as part of the investment process<\/b> for the strategic portfolio<\/b> and diversified portfolio<\/b>, as well as carrying out monitoring and analysis in relation to the investment of assets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
