Having reconstituted the Management Committee, the General Council unanimously appointed Rosanna Ventrella as Chair of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and Enrico Filippi as Vice-Chair.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Following verification of fulfilment by the newly appointed members of the integrity and professionalism requirements, the Management Committee, which will remain in office until the approval of CSP&#8217;s 2023 Financial Statements, consists of the following:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rosanna Ventrella, Chair<\/li>\n<li>Enrico Filippi, Vice-Chair<\/li>\n<li>Carlo Picco<\/li>\n<li>Alberto Quadro Curzio<\/li>\n<li>Nicoletta Viziano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201c<em>I would like to start by expressing my heartfelt thanks to the General Council, the Management Committee, the Board of Statutory Auditors, and the Secretary General of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo for the trust and support they have shown me in my role as Vice-Chair and now as Chair<\/em>\u201d stated <strong>Rosanna Ventrella<\/strong> Chair of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo. \u201c<em>I am well aware of the temporary nature of this responsibility and accept what I consider to be an honour with the commitment to lead this organisation through a period of transition in keeping with the values and principles that inspire us and which are outlined in our by-laws. It is my intention to ensure the continued pursuit of our objectives during this phase, guaranteeing that every action contributes to the common good, and I will do so with my gender perspective\u201d <\/em>continued <strong>Ventrella<\/strong>. \u201c<em>I understand the responsibility that comes with this office, not only towards the people who have preceded me, but also towards everyone who is part of this institution, whom I thank.
