He or she\u00a0heads FCSP\u2019s operational arm. It has a four-year term of office. It is tasked with establishing FCSP\u2019s priorities, programmes and goals, including monitoring the results thereof. The Management Board holds office for the same period as the General Council, and the two bodies\u2019 tenure expires at the same time. The Management Board enjoys full powers of ordinary and extraordinary management of FCSP. The Management Board is therefore responsible for approving decisions regarding interventions in the relevant sectors. Consisting of\u00a0sixteen members\u00a0selected based on their expertise, educational and professional backgrounds, and interest in the Foundation\u2019s areas of intervention,\u00a0the Board serves a four-year term. In addition to its advisory role, the YAB\u00a0actively contributes to the Foundation\u2019s strategic planning\u00a0through a structured and ongoing dialogue with the General Council, fostering the convergence of experiences, skills and visions from\u00a0an intergenerational perspective.
