He or she holds office for four years, like the General Council, and can be re-appointed once only. He or she heads FCSP’s operational arm. The Management Board holds office for the same period as the General Council, and the two bodies’ tenure expires at the same time. The Management Board enjoys full powers of ordinary and extraordinary management of FCSP. The Management Board is therefore responsible for approving decisions regarding interventions in the relevant sectors. Consisting of sixteen members selected based on their expertise, educational and professional backgrounds, and interest in the Foundation’s areas of intervention, the Board serves a four-year term. In addition to its advisory role, the YAB actively contributes to the Foundation’s strategic planning through a structured and ongoing dialogue with the General Council, fostering the convergence of experiences, skills and visions from an intergenerational perspective.
