The Governance Department oversees and coordinates the Secretariat to the Governing Bodies, Communication, Research and the Secretariats to the Chair and to the Secretary General. It is the reference point for the Foundation’s institutional relations at national and international level. It is responsible for implementing the Cavallerizza Reale redevelopment project and the philanthropic services offered to private donors (PhaaS).

Secretariat to the Governing Bodies
The Secretariat to the Governing Bodies manages the documentation and information flows relating to the Governing Bodies, and maintains relations with the Supervisory Authorities and Auxiliary Bodies with regard to the expiry dates of appointments and reviews of the Foundation’s constitution.
Communication
Communication takes care of external communication, as well as managing institutional events organised and/or supported by FCSP.
Research and Prospects
The Research and Prospects Department plays a supporting role providing information and analysis to the Governing Bodies in relation to FCSP’s internationalisation processes, institutional developments concerning national and international foundations and communication relating to the Foundation’s projects and interventions. The Head of Department reports directly to the Secretary General.
Secretariats to the Chair/Secretary General
The Secretariats support the Secretary General in planning and organising their scheduled and unscheduled activities (organising meetings, keeping the diary, managing incoming and outgoing calls), collaborating and coordinating with the Foundation’s other departments.
