Having reconstituted the Management Committee, the General Council unanimously appointed Rosanna Ventrella as Chair of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and Enrico Filippi as Vice-Chair.
Following verification of fulfilment by the newly appointed members of the integrity and professionalism requirements, the Management Committee, which will remain in office until the approval of CSP’s 2023 Financial Statements, consists of the following:
- Rosanna Ventrella, Chair
- Enrico Filippi, Vice-Chair
- Carlo Picco
- Alberto Quadro Curzio
- Nicoletta Viziano
“I would like to start by expressing my heartfelt thanks to the General Council, the Management Committee, the Board of Statutory Auditors, and the Secretary General of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo for the trust and support they have shown me in my role as Vice-Chair and now as Chair” stated Rosanna Ventrella Chair of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo. “I am well aware of the temporary nature of this responsibility and accept what I consider to be an honour with the commitment to lead this organisation through a period of transition in keeping with the values and principles that inspire us and which are outlined in our by-laws. It is my intention to ensure the continued pursuit of our objectives during this phase, guaranteeing that every action contributes to the common good, and I will do so with my gender perspective” continued Ventrella. “I understand the responsibility that comes with this office, not only towards the people who have preceded me, but also towards everyone who is part of this institution, whom I thank. I feel it is my task to hand over CSP to the new governance with all the potential that this institution can express.” And, concluded Ventrella “As Chair, I will strive to work with all the local institutions as I am convinced that only through open dialogue and cooperation can we face the challenges that lie ahead. Completing the work of the current council and the orderly process of forming the various bodies is a fundamental prerequisite for CSP to continue to be the crucial resource it has always been for the local area and the people”.
