Notice is given that the shareholders’ agreement signed on 21 December 2021 between Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, Fondazione Cariplo, Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo, Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze and Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio in Bologna, filed on 22 December 2021 with the Turin Company Register by electronic transmission with log no. 183681/2021, was terminated at the end of the Shareholders’ Meeting of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. of 29 April 2022, called to appoint the Board of Directors and the Management Control Committee for the years 2022/2023/2024.
