OBSERVA - Science and Society Yearbook.
The Compagnia supports various initiatives to popularize science and technology. Since 2006 these include the independent center Observa, that promotes studies and debate on the interaction of science, technology and society among researchers, policy makers and the general public. Together with Osservatorio Scienza e Società and Science in the Media Monitor Observa is engaged in the permanent monitoring of the connection between citizens and science and Science & Technology articles published in the Italian press. In 2005 Observa started publishing the Science and Society Yearbook, a collection of information and data from national and international institutions on research and innovation in society. The 8th edition will be presented in Turin in February 2012.
