Nominations at Intesa Sanpaolo: the Foundations’ Satisfaction The five foundations that are Intesa Sanpaolo’s main, stable shareholders: Compagnia di San Paolo, Fondazione Cariplo, Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo, Ente Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze, Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio in Bologna, have very favorably acknowledged the nominations decided by the Bank’s Boards:
• of Marco Morelli as the Bank’s General Director of the Territories;
• of Gaetano Miccichè as General Director of the Corporate and Investment Banking Division.

Grants for Research in Literary Disciplines at the Sapegno Foundation
The Compagnia di San Paolo has approved a contribution in support of two grants for research in literary disciplines with the Natalino Sapegno Foundation – Collège de France.

Understanding Transformations to Plan the Future
The seminar, at which Luigi Morello will represent the Compagnia di San Paolo, will present three pieces of research on the social and scholastic integration of non mother tongue youngsters. The event takes place on February 24th at 2.30 pm in the conference room of the Foundation for the School and is open to teachers, social/cultural operators, and citizens.
