Based on the principles set forth in the Regulations, the Management Committee defines the subjective requisites that the promoters of the initiatives must possess, as well as the objective requisites of the proposals themselves; the activity sectors are enumerated in article 2. These requisites are communicated to the Consiglio Generale and may be periodically revised.

No type of financing, allocation or subsidy will be granted to profit-making organisations or businesses of any kind (with the exception of foundations, social businesses regulated by Italian legislative decree no. 155 dated March 24, 2006, and social cooperatives regulated by Italian law no. 381 dated November 8, 1991 and later modifications), or to physical persons.
