Registration for the FAD course "Bimbingamba Zerosei Preventing Childhood Obesity, Promoting Good Habits" opens on 28th August, aimed at developing the knowledge and skills needed in preventing and treating childhood obesity in healthcare workers.
Through its Programma ZeroSei, Compagnia di San Paolo promotes the well-being and harmonious development of children in Turin and Piedmont, fostering the integration between services and care and education offered to them.
Through the Bimbingamba ZeroSei Action, Compagnia di San Paolo invests in 0 to 6-year-olds in the healthcare sector, with particular focus on prevention of childhood obesity: a topic of growing health and social interest and a major issue for the health of future generations .
The first phase of the project involves the organisation of distance learning activities (FADs) developed in collaboration with the Piedmont Region Health Department, addressed to all healthcare staff working with 0 to 6-year-old children (free choice pediatricians, staff of the Maternal-Child Health Departments and Prevention Departments) and their parents.
The course is aimed at developing the knowledge and skills needed in preventing and treating childhood obesity in healthcare workers.
You can subscribe to the IV edition of FAD on www.medmood.it, from 28th August to 15th September 2017; FAD is on from 22nd September to 22nd October.
